Positional sessions are specific to Defensive Lineman, Linebackers, and Defensive Backs ONLY. Sessions will cover a combination of:

Get ready to level up your game with offseason football training for all positions in a group environment! Junior Varsity sessions focus on nailing the fundamentals, while Varsity brings the heat with advanced skills and strategies. Whether you’re building your foundation or pushing for greatness, these group sessions are your ticket to dominating the field next season.

Jr. Varsity (Ages 14-16)

The Junior Varsity Offseason Football Training program will be held in the gym, where players will focus on building strength, agility, and overall athleticism. These sessions will include foundational strength training, such as bodyweight exercises and resistance work, alongside speed and agility drills to improve coordination and explosiveness. Players will also work on injury prevention through mobility exercises and proper technique for safe, effective training. Designed to prepare young athletes for the demands of football, the gym sessions provide the tools needed to grow stronger, faster, and more confident on and off the field.

Varsity (Ages 16-19)

The Varsity Offseason Football Training program, held in the gym, is designed to take athletes’ performance to the next level with advanced training. Players will focus on developing explosive power through compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, with strength programs tailored to challenge their abilities. Speed, agility, and plyometric drills will enhance quickness and explosiveness, while mobility and flexibility exercises help prevent injuries and improve recovery. These sessions are all about pushing limits, building strength, and preparing athletes for the demands of high-level competition.

Offseason Football Training Session Pricing:

  • Drop-In, one-off session: $35 for one session

  • Bronze: 4 sessions: $55 per session, $220 total

  • Silver: 8 sessions: $45 per session, $360 total

  • Gold: 12 sessions: $40 per session, $480 total
